hubungan cinta terlarang dengan anak kandungnya EKP (19). Hal tersebut
diketahui, saat Satuan Reserse Narkoba Polres Muara Enim melakukan
penggerebekan di rumah yang dihuni kedua pelaku diduga sebagai pengedar
narkotika di Desa Lecah, Kecamatan Lubai Ulu, Muara Enim, Selasa (17/3)
pukul 03.35 WIB dini hari.
Dalam penggeberekan ibu dan anak tersebut dalam kondisi (Maaf, red) setengah bug!l didalam kamar. Selain mengaman kedua pelaku, Sat Reserse Narkoba juga berhasil mengamankan barang bukti 3 paket sabu-sabu dengan berat 8, 22 gram dan 1 butir ekstasi. Kini Kedua pelaku telah diamankan untuk diproses
“Baru satu kali pak, yang kedua kalinya pas mau main digerebek bapak polisi dan saya sendiri yang ajak anak saya untuk main,” ujarnya IAL. Sementara sang anak EKP mengaku mengedarkan sabu-sabu baru dilakoni tujuh bulan terkahir. Hal tersebut nekat ia lakukan lantaran tulang punggung keluarga.
“Terpaksa pak saya tulang punggung keluarga ayah saya pergi tidak tau kemana. Untuk kebutuhan sehari-hari dari usaha warung tidak cukup ditambah lagi biaya adik sekolah dan angsuran kredit motor,” akunya.
Dari hasil mengedarkan sabu-sabu tersebut, dirinya mendapat bagian Rp2 juta setiap bulannya. “Barang tersebut (Sabu, red) ada mengantarkan kepada saya. Jika habis baru uangnya disetor. Dari uang yang disetor saya mendapat dua juta,” ujarnya lagi.
Selain kedua kedua pelaku, ada 7 pelaku penggedar narkoba yang berhasil diamankan Satuan Reserse Narkoba Polres Muara Enim yakni Rendi Prayogi, warga Desa Seleman, Kecamatan Tanjung Agung, Kecamatan Lubai Ulu dengan barang bukti satu peket sabu-sabu dengan berat 5,39 gram, Yulius Qaprawi, warga Kecamatan lawang Kidul, dari tangan pelaku behasil diamankan barang bukti 1 butir ekstasi.
Kemudian, Dagur, warga Desa Gaung Asam, Kecamatan Lembak dengan barang bukti dua peket sabu-sabu berat 2,46 gram. Rizano alias Ricard, warga Cinta Kasih, Kecamatan Belimbing dari tangan pelaku diamankan satu peket sabu-sabu berat 0,71 gram.
Selanjutnya, Edi Sugianto Siregar dan Vivin Adianto, keduanya warga Kepur Kecamatan Muara Enim Satuan Reserse Narkoba berhasil mengaman barang bukti 15 paket sabu-sabu dengan berat 7,09 gram dan Jaya Putra alias Genta, warga BTN Mandala, Kecamatan Lawang Kidul dari tangan pelaku berhasil diamankan barang bukti 13 paket sabu-sabu dengan berat 5,01 gram.
“Serbilan pelaku yang diamankan semanya pengedar. Dengan total barang bukti narkotika jenis sabu-sabu sebanyak 35 paket dengan total berat 29,69 gram dan dua butir ekstasi,” ujar Kapolres Muara Enim AKBP Donni Eka Saputra SH SIK MSi didampingi Wakapolres Kompol Tri Wahyudi SH dan Kasat Nakorba AKP I Putu Suryawan SH SIK dalam Pres Release gelar ungkap kasus.
Dijelaskannya, untuk mempertanggung jawab perbuatannya Sembilan pelaku dikenakan Pasal 114 ayat 1 Jo 112 ayat 1 Undang-Undang Nomor 35 tahun 2009 tentang Narkotika dengan ancaman maksimal 20 tahun penjara.
Dalam penanganan kasus narkoba, Kapolres menghimbau kepada masyarakat jangan takut melaporkan tentang keberadaan pengedar narkoba didaerahnya dan perlu kerja sama dengan tokoh masyarakat, tokoh agama, untuk bersama memberantas Narkoba.
“Pemberantasan narkoba akan kita lakukan sosialisasi dengan mengajak para Kepala Desa, Kadus dan berbagai element masyarakay agar berani menolak dan melaporkan kasus narkoba sehingga nantinya para bandar dan pengedar sabu tidak berani,” tegasnya.
